House-hunters invited to ‘Meet the Team’ at Partridge Walk in Stafford

Housebuilders Linden Homes invited house-hunters to a ‘Meet the Team’ event at their Partridge Walk location in Stafford.

Visitors were welcomed onto the development, off Stone Road, in the Beaconside area of the town and given the chance to meet the sales consultants, the customer care team and the site manager on Saturday 29 July.

Bovis Homes and Linden Homes are part of Vistry Group and between them are building 350 homes at the site.

Freya Halsall, marketing manager at Vistry Mercia, said: “It was lovely for us to be able to welcome people onto the development and to have the time to chat to them in a relaxed and informal manner.

“Meet the Team events are an invaluable way for us to really connect face-to-face with our customers and to showcase the actual development rather than talk over the phone or rely on online images. People were able to visit Partridge Walk in person and see for themselves how the layout looks in real life.

“Our sales advisors were able to explain in detail about the wide range of two to five-bedroom properties being delivered on the site under both the Bovis Homes and Linden Homes brands, while the customer care team was on hand to deal with any queries or requests that customers had about their prospective purchase or the level of service provided throughout the housebuying journey.

“The site manager answered questions about the build process, the energy-saving qualities of the new-build homes and the public open spaces which are being created as part of the development.”

Partridge Walk is a joint development between Vistry and Barratt Homes, with each company building 350 new homes on the site.

The joint project is bringing in £10 million in investment into the area through developer contributions that are part of the planning agreement. Vistry is contributing just over £4.8 million of this, to include more than £1.4 million for primary schools, more than £1 million for secondary education and more than £1.8 million for roads and public transport.

The joint Vistry and Barratt project is part of a much larger plan to build up to 2,000 properties in Beaconside.

Vistry Group includes Bovis Homes, Linden Homes and Countryside Homes.

Linden Homes has a range of two to four-bedroom properties available to reserve at the development, with prices starting at £224,995.
