It won’t be long before you’ll be able to buy an award winning home from ‘Housebuilder of the Year’ Linden Homes at Hawthorn Mews in the former Hampshire village of Bedhampton.
Linden Homes has already started work on site to create a mix of contemporary 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The homes have been designed with modern living in mind.
As with all Linden Homes, the apartments and houses at Bedhampton will have fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms. The kitchens are completed with integrated – and guaranteed – fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, oven, hob, and extractor fan, so once the homes are complete, they will be ready to move into.
If you love the idea of living in Bedhampton but think you can’t afford to buy your own home at the moment – then think again. Since the Government’s Help to Buy scheme was launched last year almost 50,000 people have used it to buy a new home: 82% of those were first time buyers.

Bedhampton is located at the northern end of Langstone Harbour within the Borough of Havant, with easy access to the A3 and the A27/M27 road links. The area also has its own mainline train station with regular direct services into London and Portsmouth.
