First-time Buyers Find The Perfect Package At Noble Park
03 Jul 2012

For some people it’s the location, for others it’s the property or the price – but for one first-time buyer couple at Linden Homes’ superb Noble Park development at Epsom it was simply the whole package.

James Partridge (28) and his partner, Holly Cheshire (27), are both teachers at a local independent school, and in May happily moved into their brand new three-bedroom house, having been renting for a while in East Molesey.

They visited Noble Park just a month into their house search and loved their new property with its magnetic mix of high quality specifications, the surrounding beautiful countryside, the local shops, restaurants and attractions, and also its fast links to the excitement of London.

James said: “We had been renting ever since we had been in the area, for about four to five years, and we got to the stage where we wanted our own space and particularly our own garden.

“We started looking in January and we first came to Noble Park in February – we found one that we liked and from that point things moved fairly quickly.

“It was the entire development that we liked. It’s so much quieter than where we were before and we were attracted to the whole area too – it’s a really pleasant environment.”

Noble Park offers beautiful two, three, four and five-bedroom houses and classical refurbished apartments all set in the deep plush countryside of Surrey.

The apartments blend with the stylish houses, all surrounded by acres of parkland dotted with delightful timber pavilions passed by curving roads and pathways subtly lit for summer evening strolls.

“We love it,” James continued. “Epsom is somewhere we did not know but it has everything you would want. We sometimes go to the theatre in London and go up on the very fast train. We’re also both keen walkers and go out into the countryside.

“And we have had very few problems. In fact, when someone from Linden Homes came round and identified a few small cosmetic things they went away and got them fixed the very next day.

“We have had lots of people round and now we have three bedrooms we have been able to have people to stay – they have all been very impressed.”

Linden Homes was even able to help out the young couple with their deposit which James said made the difference with being able to go ahead and make their first house purchase.

The excitement of London’s nightlife, theatre, shopping and restaurants is just 35 minutes away by train from the station just a mile down the road in Epsom – which itself offers a wide choice of boutique stores, high street shops, eateries and a twice-weekly market.

Close to home is of course the internationally famous and prestigious racecourse, and the champagne extravagance of the annual Derby.
