Burntwood Square, in the historic town of Brentwood, has proved extremely popular since it first launched.

Each Churchill is a beautifully designed four bedroom detached house. These homes have a single garage and there is a utility room along with a separate downstairs cloakroom and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.

All the homes come with a ten year NHBC build warranty and a two year customer care warranty – as standard: And each has the latest technology in terms of appliances – cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, all of which are guaranteed.
