Developer Strengthens Its Sales Teams Across The Region

Vistry Yorkshire has welcomed a number of new staff as part of regional-wide moves to strengthen its sales team.

A mix of full time, part time and trainee sales executive appointments, the new team members will be based at the housebuilder’s pioneering sales hubs at key locations around Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

The new sales hubs became a successful alternative to the traditional sales suites during lockdown, in an idea spearheaded by the Yorkshire-based developer – part of Vistry Group, which includes Linden Homes and Bovis Homes.

Sales director Steve Woomble said: “We are delighted to announce a strengthening of our sales teams across our hubs in East Riding, South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and North Yorkshire. Our recruitment drive has reflected demand in the new homes market, which has remained buoyant throughout the pandemic.

“As well as those who already have industry and retail knowledge, we have a number of trainees who are working alongside our experienced staff to deliver the Vistry ethos.”

As part of the revised approach to make the house buying journey as smooth as possible, the sales hubs currently operate on an appointment-only basis; ensuring that each customer has one-to-one time with a sales executive.

With a small number of developments served by each, the hubs act as the main meeting point for customers and sales staff, and demand for new homes couple with consumer confidence has led to the new appointments.
