Linden Homes Midlands has begun work on extending its property portfolio in Huntingdonshire – with plans for 219 homes at Brampton.
The homes will be built on former RAP Brampton land, as part of a consortium development for the area.
Groundwork preparation has started at the site ahead of construction, following local authority planning approval.
Many of the design aspects of the new homes at Brampton Park will be in keeping with the local area, including coloured sash windows, plinths, render and other details which Linden Homes say will reflect the history, characteristics, listed building and mature landscape surrounding the site.
The aim is to create a natural and peaceful environment for the local community of new residents at Brampton Park.
While prices for the new homes have yet to be finalised, it is anticipated that potential buyers will have the chance to reserve from plan later this spring – with a show home expected to be open to visitors in the summer.
