“I incorporated textured wallpapers into the show apartment. They are very on trend at the moment, and great for making spaces feel warm and interesting without being too intrusive.
“To maximise the bedroom’s appeal, I opted for a distinctive grey wallpaper to stir a feeling of calm and composure whilst creating a contrasting background to the striking bedside lamps. The room was then softened by piling up cushions and a luxurious fur throw.
“In the living room I introduced a strong vibrant fig colour to add a pop of colour. However, the artwork sat behind was painted in greys to tie in with the master bedroom and the bar stools – ultimately pulling the whole scheme together.”
High quality fixtures and fittings feature throughout the light and airy apartments, which are stylish and sleek. Underground parking is available for a limited number, and each apartment comes with a 10-year NHBC warranty and two-year customer care warranty for peace of mind.
