Community/Residents Newsletter: Kings Row

We, at Linden Homes want to keep you up to date with what is happening on site at our ‘Kings Row’ development on Kings Street in Hammersmith. The building work is well underway now and whilst the new homes at Kings Row continue to take shape we want to keep you informed about the different stages of development and the improved revisions that have recently been made to benefit buyers, including the offering of Oyster cards, Zipcar membership and a reduction in Service Charge.

So what has been happening on site?

Kings Row is the development we are currently creating in Hammersmith that has recently launched offering an exclusive, luxury collection of brand new two and three bedroom apartments and three bedroom townhouses.

As part of this project, we will be contributing over £500,000 towards maintaining the local area including investing in healthcare, education, sports facilities and green spaces. We will also be contributing towards London’s Cross Rail scheme helping to benefit the capital as well as helping to improve pedestrian and cycle links/hire within the area.

The homes

To date, we have sold 30 out of the 55 properties and buyers are starting to move in to their new homes now. This leaves 25 homes remaining to sell, six of which have been designated for wheelchair access. Each apartment comes with a premium specification and high quality finish with underfloor heating throughout. The properties all boast a terrace or balcony with the majority also offering fantastic park views. A concierge service is also available, as well as bicycle storage and secure video entry system.

Situated on King Street, our homes overlook the southern leafy end of Ravenscourt Park, whilst also being within easy reach of Chiswick High Road. Ravenscourt Park tube station (Zone 2) is just under five minutes’ walk away taking commuters into the city via the District line. Convenient bus routes call right outside on King Street allowing easy travel into Hammersmith (10 minutes) and Kensington (approximately 15 minutes). [Reference: Google maps]

The remaining homes consist of two and three bedroom apartments and duplex apartments, and three bedroom townhouses.

Incentives and improvements

With the customer in mind, we have recently reviewed the level of Service Charge and reduced costs whilst maintaining an excellent level of service. This has resulted in a 25% reduction in charges across all of the 55 properties.

Another positive offer we have introduced is offering 3 years’ worth of Oyster card * to each household at Kings Row. A second travel advantage is the offering of a Zipcar 1 years’ free membership to each buyer, providing members with pay-as-you-go access to cars as quickly and conveniently as possible creating a more efficient and sustainable way to use a car.

If you want to find out more about these recent improved offerings to buyers, our Sales and Marketing suite is open daily from 10am and 5pm. Senior Sales Executive, Julia Fisher is ready to welcome new and returning visitors to show you around our stunning show home – a three bedroom townhouse. A new member of the team, Nicola Hellett starts on 27th June so feel free to pop in and say hello.
