WITH its York locations already proving a big hit with house hunters, Linden Homes is about to launch two more developments close to the Cathedral city.

Adding to its popular portfolio of new homes in and around York, the award-winning developer says the chance to beat the rush and reserve off plan at TWO prime locations is coming soon.

A small collection of new homes is planned for the village location of Wilberfoss, York – marking another new project for Linden Homes locally – and one that has recently been granted planning approval from the local authority.

A selection of 12 quality executive / family homes at Stonebridge Park is set to capture the imagination of the discerning customers – and build on the company’s current reputation in and around East Riding.

The location – just eight miles from York and 11 miles from Market Weighton – makes it the ideal community retreat.

Prices at these developments have yet to be released – but with demand at both expected to be high, customers are being urged to register their interest now to avoid disappointment.
