Burntwood Square Launches New Apartments As Sales Soar

Huge demand for properties at the new Burntwood Square development in Brentwood, being developed by leading housebuilder Linden Homes, has led to the fast-tracked release of the next stage of the development.

A range of luxurious apartments at the prestigious new community were launched earlier this month, including a beautiful new show apartment to help potential buyers see the lifestyle they too could enjoy.

The apartments occupy the iconic Victorian buildings of the former Highwood and Little Highwood hospitals on the site at Burntwood Square, and are being converted and meticulously restored as part of the development works. The transformation of the historic buildings ensures they continue to positively contribute to the Brentwood community for years to come.

Of the 11 apartments, 10 comprise two bedrooms while the spacious ground-floor show apartment has three bedrooms. Completion is expected this summer.

Burntwood Square is located off Geary Drive in Brentwood. On completion, it will comprise 105 new homes, with a diverse mix of home sizes and styles to suit every type of buyer, including apartments, two and three-bedroom bungalows and a range of houses.

Three of the apartments have already been reserved, including the three-bedroom show apartment. The remaining two-bedroom apartments range in size from 730 sq ft to 969 sq ft.
