Be:newhall: Not The End Of An Era; Just The End Of A Phase
18 Dec 2012

The extremely popular be:Newhall development near Harlow has just sold out. This collection of award winning homes really struck a chord with potential buyers.

The homes were designed by architect Alison Brooks and created a new benchmark for contemporary living. Many of the buyers say that it was the Scandinavian-style design that focused on space and light that really sold the homes to them.

However, the fact that these extraordinary homes have now all been snapped up does not signal the end of an era – just the end of a phase.

Linden Homes is planning to release the next phase of be:Newhall in early 2013 and demand, once again, is expected to be high.

It’s not just the unusual light-filled homes with floor to ceiling glass, courtyard gardens and beautiful roof terraces that have attracted so much attention: It is also the feel of the whole development. Many residents have described the sense of belonging – and the feeling that once they’ve arrived at be:Newhall, they don’t want to leave.

The location of be:Newhall has also proved to be a very important consideration for   residents here. The homes, although set in a quiet, natural landscape, are situated just minutes from the M11 and the M25. Rail travel is convenient too and trains to Liverpool Street station take less than 45 minutes.
