Oakbrook, Linden Homes’ development near the village of Langley in Berkshire, has sold well since it launched in October. The collection of 70 homes, conveniently close to Slough, yet secluded and private, has been extremely popular with only five now remaining.

The scheme* is based on an equity loan from the Government. New home buyers (including first time buyers and home movers) can borrow up to 20% of the property price from the Government without being charged loan fees for the first five years.
