Linden Homes has welcomed an experienced new-look sales team to its recently launched Badger’s Holts development in Branton.
But while the team and the development may be new to customers, it’s a case of friends reunited for sales executives Kathy Stone and Vanessa Allison.
With more than three decades of new homes industry experience between them, the former school friends and mums-of-three first met some 30 years ago!
Following extensive experience at Linden Homes North’s (and previous to that Stamford Homes and Chartdale Homes as was) developments around the region, the two have been teamed up to sell new homes at the company’s brand new South Yorkshire development.
Kathy said: “It’s great sharing a development with Vanessa. We have known each other for so long and worked alongside each other on other sites that it makes the role not only easy, but even more enjoyable.”
Vanessa added: “We are a great team and have a lot in common which is great, not least our desire to help people move into their dream home and settle in one of our fabulous developments.”
Badgers Holt comprises a wonderful selection of 47 carefully designed homes which provide plenty of housing choice for everyone from first time buyers, growing families and those looking for a smaller, more manageable property.
And for young professionals, the location provides a commutable retreat with Doncaster a few minutes’ drive away and Nottingham an hour by road on the M1 or just over 90 minutes by rail. The commuter and retail hubs of Sheffield and Leeds are also within easy reach.
The current jewel in the crown of the development is the recently opened four-bedroom show home.
A number of savvy customers have already reserved their dream home from plan – with the first completions at Badgers Holt due in spring 2015.
