As part of innovative ways of working to meet the demands of East Riding home hunters – one developer is championing a new approach to show home openings.
Vistry Yorkshire – part of Vistry Group with includes Linden Homes and Bovis Homes – has just launched a series of show homes openings digitally; giving potential purchasers the chance to view a dream home from the comfort of their own.
The developer is leading the way regionally when it comes to presenting its fantastic new show home at the South Minster Pastures development in Beverley; part of a 900-home scheme offering two, three and four-bedroom properties.
The current jewel in the crown of the 90-acre development site is the family-friendly four-bedroom detached Pembroke, which has been launched virtually in a 360 degree tour found here!
Vistry Yorkshire marketing manager Megan Marshall said: “Since the housing market re-opened in May, we have been looking at ways to make the home buying process as efficient, easy and of course as safe as possible for our customers.
“We have introduced new ways of working at our developments across the region, including appointment only visits either in person or via online communications / video channels.
“We know that our show home openings are eagerly awaited by many people, and to ensure that everyone has the chance to see what our fabulous South Minster Pastures development has to offer, we have worked very hard to launch it virtually.
“This means that people can view them safely and in the comfort of their own home and follow up with a social-distanced, Covid-safe appointment in person if they wish.”
