The couple’s search for a larger home took them a stone’s throw from where they were living - and a visit to the Linden Homes Midlands sales and marketing suite was the start of their exciting journey.
Sales executive Sonny (51) said: “From then, we knew that we had found the right place. We were given a brochure and we instantly recognised that the houses were extremely spacious and the scenery around the area was quite beautiful. This combination attracted us to buy a home in Mulberry Park.
“The house is remarkably spacious with an enormous garden – bigger than the garden we had in our previous home. We’ve got more bedrooms, a spacious garage and massive kitchen – better than our previous home in every way, hence the decision to buy and move here.
“The area is quiet with beautiful scenery and there is a real community feel to the development.”
Sonny and Madhu (38) used the Part Exchange scheme to purchase their new four-bedroom home – without which they say they probably wouldn’t have been able to buy their new home.

He added: “Some of the main things I’m looking forward to in our new home is spending some time with the kids during the summer in our enormous garden (which is one of the things which attracted me to buy this house) to making my own bar in the lounge.
