Linden Homes is to launch Mill Gardens, a new 28-home scheme in Heywood, with a public open weekend and show home unveiling on 24th and 25th February.
The event will give prospective first-time buyers the opportunity to take a look at the high-quality two and three-bedroom homes available at Mill Gardens, and view some of the site, which sits approximately 10 miles away from Manchester City Centre.
Mill Gardens benefits from its convenient location between Bury and Rochdale, with great transport links and proximity to Heywood town centre. Amenities, including shops, a medical centre and library, as well as a range of education facilities, are all within easy reach of the development.
The site is being delivered by Galliford Try Partnerships and The Guinness Partnership, which is one of the largest providers of affordable housing in England.
Local councillors are set to visit Mill Gardens on 22nd February where they will be given a tour of the 1.25-hectare site and newly opened show home.
Six properties will be released as part of the first phase, with the site set for full completion in Spring 2019.
