Linden Homes has launched its latest phase of the very popular Nash Mills Wharf development near King’s Langley and St Albans called The Island. Following the launch earlier this month, the first 16 apartments all sold within 3 days.

Similar to the previous phase, this contemporary canal side collection of homes has sparked a lot of interest. This latest phase is set next to the Grand Union Canal and the collection will eventually consist of 250 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

These apartments will be released in a small selection at a time with the next release due in late March. If you are really keen to own a home from this lovely collection, you might want to consider the option of buying one off plan.
