Linden Homes Guildford Wins Gold For Customer Satisfaction

A national survey to discover what customers really think about the house building industry has ranked Linden Homes Guildford among the best with gold status.

The investigation by In-House Research found the company was one of the top performers in a telephone questionnaire asking if people would recommend the firm they used based on their experience.

To give as accurate a picture as possible every customer was contacted, and the survey had an average response rate of 75 per cent. It gives Linden Homes Guildford the right to badge itself with the 2011 In-House Research Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction.

The division’s managing director, Peter Youll, said: “We have always been confident that we give our customers a top class service and to have this recognised in a national survey is a source of real pride.

“But awards like this are just the icing on the cake. Our priority will always be to our customers and making sure the quality of their home is equalled by the quality of the service we give them. We will never be complacent about this and will always seek to improve.”

In-house Research managing director Malcolm Pitcher added: “During the last 12 months we have witnessed many of our clients achieving very high scores for overall customer satisfaction and recommendation. This really does show that the industry is improving year on year.

“New home owners want to talk about their experience.  And as a result our clients are taking the whole customer experience very seriously and want to ensure that their customers have the best possible service throughout the whole process of purchasing their new home.”
