From healthy eating to winter vehicle checks – staff from Linden Homes East Yorkshire enjoyed a series of taster sessions during the company’s ‘Wellbeing in Mind’ workshop.
The first event of its kind was held at the developer’s new head office in Doncaster, by invitation of Linden Homes East Yorkshire’s directors; giving staff the chance to experience and enjoy a host of feel-good treats and interactive activities.
The house builder also teamed up with professionals from Nuffield Health, Halsa Wellbeing, Hamptons Autocare and other local suppliers to stage the popular workshop.

Mark Connors, managing director of LHEY, said: “This was fabulous event, and the feedback from everyone was really positive. It is all too easy sometimes to focus so much on work and daily routines, that our own health and wellbeing can sometimes become less of a priority.
“The directors would like to thank the team who helped to organise the event, and the professionals who joined us on the day. We are now looking at feedback on how we can arrange a similar event in 2019!”
