Linden Homes is helping people get on the property ladder by holding a first time buyer weekend on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th October at its popular Bitton Mill development in Bitton.

It enables homebuyers to purchase a Linden home with just five per cent deposit and a 20 per cent Government loan that is interest free for the first five years and can be repaid at any time within 25 years.
Sue added: “For example, home 33 at Bitton Mill is a two bedroom coach house priced at £265,995, however with Help to Buy you would only need a 75 per cent mortgage of £199,496 and a five per cent deposit of £13,300 – it really is a fantastic scheme, designed to help.”
