Beat The Rush To A Brand New Northamptonshire Home In Higham Ferrers
14 Apr 2015

Award-winning Linden Homes Midlands is giving Northamptonshire home hunters the chance to register their interest at a brand new development in the county.

Higham Ferrers is the carefully selected location for the latest new homes scheme, where 166 two, three and four bedroom homes will be built.

Utilising the town’s excellent road links to Northampton and Bedford, the Bishop’s Grange development is perfectly positioned to allow homeowners to benefit from the best of both worlds.

A preview evening for specially invited guests is being held later this week before the development ‘goes live’ and anyone interested in reserving a wonderful new home can do so from plan.

Bishop’s Gardens will receive an official launch late May but in the meantime, customers can register their interest or reserve from Taylors Estate Agents’ Wellingborough office on Silver Street.

Although the first homes at Bishop’s Grange aren’t due for completion until July there is a chance for potential homebuyers to beat the rush and reap the benefits of reserving from the drawing board.

Contemporary kitchens and bathrooms, energy efficiency fittings and a 10-year National House Building Council (NHBC) protection are among the many advantages, as well as:

  • Selecting a plot with a sought-after south facing garden
  • Choosing preferred taste in bathroom wall tiles
  • Choosing preferred kitchen units and worktops
  • Having a blank canvas from which to plan a new home
  • Lower utility bills and reduced maintenance bills that new homes can offer
  • New materials used in the construction process also mean that new homes are more energy efficient than their older counterparts

Linden Homes has recently launched a brand new development in neighbouring Burton Latimer, where 33 four-bedroom homes are being built.

Meanwhile, the town of Brackley will be the location for the third Northamptonshire development of 139 new homes late summer.

Linden Homes Midlands sales director Clare Phillips said: “We are delighted to be returning to Northamptonshire where we have seen huge success in recent years.

“These new developments in commutable locations will provide excellent opportunities for those looking to live and work in the area.

“We expect interest to build as potential buyers recognise the many benefits offered not only by the positioning of the developments, but the advantages of registering early and reserving from plan.”
