This New Year brings an amazing opportunity to buy a brand new home in sought after Fair Oak: Linden Homes is launching its eagerly anticipated development Crowdhill Green.
This development will eventually consist of two, three, four and five bedroom homes. Presently, the homes exist only in the plans, so as a prospective buyer, you can have some input when it comes to the finish of the home.

“Buying off-plan can feel like a leap of faith, but there are many advantages in choosing and reserving your plot early: To start with, if you are early enough, you have the pick of the plots. The sales executives can show you all the plans, so you get a good idea of the space and layout of the finished home.
“Once you’ve chosen your plot, you have some input into how your house will look. You can decide some of the finishes: You can choose items like bathroom tiles, kitchen worktops and flooring.”
Also to help people get moving there are a number of schemes available including the Government Help to Buy scheme and Linden Homes’ tailored Part Exchange scheme to remove the burden of selling your existing property.
