The Mayor of Truro, Councillor Loic Rich, visited Linden Homes’ Three Rivers development, opposite Boscawen Park to view the progress of work.
Set over four acres, on the eastern side of the river in Truro, the development ‘Three Rivers’ will comprise a contemporary range of 30 high quality two bedroom apartments and 17 stunning four bedroom townhouses. Situated off the Malpas road, the homes are set in beautiful grounds, with generous private spaces as well as attractive areas of communal open space.
