Linden Homes Eastern’s Meadow Gardens is proving immensely popular with buyers thanks to its competitive costs and value for money homes, compared to large cities like London.
Since launching in January, the three, four and five bedroom houses at Meadow Gardens have been sought-after by a mix of first time buyers, young families and downsizers alike. • Linden Homes instructs estate agents, agrees a value for the existing home and makes an offer
• If the buyer accepts, Linden Homes will market the current house, leaving the buyer free to move in when it’s ready
