Style, Choice And Affordability - Manor Park Ticks All The New Homes Boxes
28 Feb 2017

There's plenty to celebrate at Linden Homes West Yorkshire’s new development in Pontefract – with a choice of show homes to wow visitors and a chance to curb the cost of moving.

Manor Park has officially opened its doors to not one, but three show and view homes, giving potential purchasers the chance to see what the 161-home development at Cobblers Lane has to offer.

Showcasing the very latest in interior design styles, the show homes received their official unveiling by the region’s associate construction director Kevin Hoyland, who was invited to cut the ribbon as a birthday treat!

Interest in the stunning selection of two, three and four-bedroom houses has already taken off, with a range of styles and designs to suit everyone from first time buyers, young professionals and families.

Here’s how it works:

  • H2B is not just for first time buyers, eligible existing homeowners can also benefit.
  • You only need a minimum five per cent deposit
  • The Government will lend you up 20 per cent of the value of your property through an equity loan – interest free for the first five years, and
  • which can be repaid at any time, or on the sale of your home.
  • Buyers need only to secure up to a 75 per cent mortgage from a bank or building society.

By offering competitive mortgage rates, a five per cent deposit and an initial two-year fixed interest rate at 1.64 per cent – Linden Homes customers can get more home for their money under the Government-backed incentive.

And there is now an even greater reason to buy at Manor Park – with Help to Buy curbing the cost of moving.

The first homes at Manor Park will be ready to move into this spring and summer, and there is an opportunity for customers to reserve from plan – and reap the benefits of snapping up a home from the drawing board.

Manor Park is perfectly positioned to suit commuters, as Pontefract is well served by three local railway stations and the M62, and is less than half an hour from major cities like Leeds, Wakefield and Doncaster – which has its own airport.

As well as being the official home of Haribo - Pontefract itself boasts a number of schools offering primary and secondary education, and is home to a thriving town centre alongside a library, museum and many other amenities.

The sales and marketing suite is open from Thursday to Monday, 10.30am until 5pm, and more details are more details are available from 01977 717411.
