Linden Homes will be unveiling its first new show home at Monument View in Wellington on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th April.
The four bedroom Pembroke show home has been dressed in pale greys, greens, whites and warm terracottas. The contemporary design includes oak and metal furniture, while indoor plants, crisp linens and natural wickers add to the serene atmosphere and emphasise the property’s leafy surroundings.
Polly Clare, designer and account manager at Claude Hooper, commented: “The new show home will make a fantastic family home and it boasts a great layout with plenty of natural light. The show home has been inspired by its location, with the nearby rolling hills and open fields, and I’m really pleased with the final result ?" it’s a very inviting show home!”
The Pembroke features a large open plan kitchen and family/dining area with double doors that lead out to the garden, a living room with a charming bay window, a study, downstairs cloakroom and practical utility room. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, three further bedrooms and a family bathroom, while outside there is a garage and parking.

Located off Exeter Road in Rockwell Green, Monument View will comprise 79 new properties. It is part of a larger development, being created by Linden Homes and Bovis Homes, which will also provide affordable housing, as well as public open space with play equipment.

Monument View is located on the outskirts of Wellington, close to the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and near good schools and local shops. The development is just seven miles from Taunton and provides easy travel links to the M5.
