Developer Linden Homes North is celebrating a flying start to 2015 – selling £4.8 million worth of property in January alone.
The company sold 17 new homes during the first month of this year, with many being snapped up through the popular Help To Buy initiative.
Part exchange has also played a large part in the number of early 2015 sales, helping homeowners with an existing property to achieve a hassle-free move.
The sales, at the rate of an average of four per week, demonstrate continued buoyancy in the housing market.
And with more new developments due on stream in the coming months, the award-winning Hessle-based house builder predicts much of the same for the foreseeable future – saying now is the perfect time to invest in bricks and mortar.
Linden Homes currently has developments in East Riding, North and West Yorkshire – which will see around 400 new homes being built.
These will include a luxury 30 home development in sought-after Harrogate.
And with more and more savvy purchasers buying off plan to reap the many benefits of reserving fresh from the drawing board, the company is confident that it will continue to meet and exceed customer expectations.
