Construction has just begun at Linden Homes’ new Millstone Copse development in Hedge End where work has already started on creating the entrance to the site.
When this new development is finished, Millstone Copse will consist of a series of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses.
In the meantime, it’s possible to get a feel for the homes that are going to be built here by visiting the nearby marketing suite at Rosewood Mill, just two miles away in West End. Here, you can register your interest in the upcoming Millstone Copse development with Linden Homes and study the plans for the new buildings.
Once you have registered your interest with Linden Homes, you will receive priority notification when new properties are released – a distinct advantage when a development is as popular as Millstone Copse promises to be.
It might also be useful to look around the show homes at Rosewood Mill too: Every Linden Home is characterised by its great design and high specification. All Linden Homes have, for example, kitchens that are fitted with fully integrated washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge/freezer. The bathrooms and cloakrooms are beautifully finished and the show home will help to give you an idea of the space available.
Apart from the great design and specification of these homes, the location is proving to be a great draw. Millstone Copse will be ideal for busy professionals as Portsmouth and Southampton are within easy reach and London is very accessible by road and rail. There is great access to the local schools including Wildern School, shops and amenities too.
