Poochadelic Gromit Unleashed And Living At Bristol County Ground

Linden Homes Western has been thrilled with the arrival of its very own sponsored Gromit at Gloucestershire Cricket’s Bristol HQ, where it is developing Living @ Bristol County Ground, a stylish mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

The Linden-sponsored Gromit is one of 80 statues that will spend the summer in locations around Bristol as part of the Gromit Unleashed Trail in aid of Bristol Children's Hospital charity, Wallace and Gromit’s Grand Appeal.

Linden’s brightly coloured version, ‘Poochadelic’, was designed by character artist Lisa Hassell. Other Gromits on the trail have been designed by luminaries including Cath Kidston, Sir Quentin Blake and Joanna Lumley – as well Nick Park, four times Oscar winning Director of Bristol-based Aardman Animations, the creator of Wallace & Gromit.

Sue Scholfield, Sales Director at Linden Homes Western, said: “Our Gromit is already creating a stir and it’s fantastic to be part of this exciting initiative which will bring pleasure to so many people as well as raising funds for Bristol’s Children’s Hospital.”

Visiting Poochadelic on the Gromit Unleashed Trail will also allow people to see how work at the County Ground is taking shape. Linden Homes’ exciting residential scheme will form part of the redevelopment which will see the venue become a major centre for both national and international cricket.

Many of the apartments at Living @ Bristol County Ground have stunning pitch views. Interest is high and apartments are already being sold off plan.
