Find your new home
Whether you're a first time buyer, an existing home owner or an investor, we have schemes and advice on ways to buy your new Linden Home.
Our helpful home guides are full of useful tips and information. These short videos explain everything you need to know about your new Linden Home.
Linden Homes is hosting a part exchange event at The Copse development in East Ogwell on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd November to help homebuyers who have a property to sell.
Part exchange enables homeowners to buy a new home and sell their existing home in one, quick, hassle-free move; there’s no chain and the company will pay the estate agents fees.
Brian Deacon, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes said: “Part exchange really takes the worry out of selling your existing home and we’re often asked how the scheme works so we’re holding an event so visitors can find out more.
“We’ll consider buying your home and will arrange for a valuation and then provide a part exchange offer within seven days. Within 28 days from reservation you could be in a new home at The Copse – all ready for Christmas.”
The Copse is the last phase of Linden Homes’ successful Ogwell Brook development.
Brian added: “Even if homebuyers don’t have property to sell, we have a number of other schemes – like Help to Buy or Assisted Move, designed to help people sell their home or raise that much needed deposit – come and visit us at the weekend to see how we can help.”
The show home and marketing suite is open Thursdays to Mondays from 10am – 5pm off Reynell Road, East Ogwell, Newton Abbot, TQ12 6YA. For more information contact Louise Andrews on 0844 488 3532 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
