Part Exchange Event At The Copse (October)

Linden Homes is hosting a part exchange event at The Copse development in East Ogwell on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd November to help homebuyers who have a property to sell.

Part exchange enables homeowners to buy a new home and sell their existing home in one, quick, hassle-free move; there’s no chain and the company will pay the estate agents fees.

Brian Deacon, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes said: “Part exchange really takes the worry out of selling your existing home and we’re often asked how the scheme works so we’re holding an event so visitors can find out more.

“We’ll consider buying your home and will arrange for a valuation and then provide a part exchange offer within seven days. Within 28 days from reservation you could be in a new home at The Copse – all ready for Christmas.”

The Copse is the last phase of Linden Homes’ successful Ogwell Brook development.
