The doors have been opened to a luxury five-bedroom detached house at a new development in New Eltham.

Vistry Group launched the three-storey show home ?" the Carlingford ?" at Linden Homes’ Waterford Place development at the end of March.

A total of 135 new homes are being built at the site off Avery Hill Road, where just three five-bedroom properties and one four-bedroom home are now available to reserve.
