Linden Homes has acquired a new development site off Malpas Road in Truro.
Set over four acres, on the eastern side of the river in Truro, the development ‘Three Rivers’ will comprise a contemporary range of 30 high quality two bedroom apartments and 17 stunning four bedroom townhouses.
