Linden Homes has acquired a new development site off Malpas Road in Truro.
Set over four acres, on the eastern side of the river in Truro, the development ‘Three Rivers’ will comprise a contemporary range of 30 high quality two bedroom apartments and 17 stunning four bedroom townhouses. The homes are set in beautiful grounds, with generous private spaces as well as attractive areas of communal open space.
Linden Homes’ managing director, Nigel Palmer said: “We are delighted to have acquired this exciting new development in Truro. Three Rivers is going to be built to a high specification and is well situated, near the river and close to the city centre. Work is starting on site imminently and we’re excited to get things moving.”
