New Footpath Makes Residents Life Easier

Retired couple, the Orslers, contacted the Linden Homes Site team at neighbouring Discovery Quarter, Mount Dinham this week to thank them for making their daily walk into the town centre much easier.

Rockside pathway stretches from Bonhay road to Dinham road, cutting out St David’s steep hill. The path was originally closed to maintain safety of the previously disused area five years ago.

Having lived in the road for 25 years, retired history teacher and writer, Mr Orsler, 80, said: “We are delighted to have safe and a much shorter walk to the town centre and St Davids station. The path is being used by a lot of residents already.”

The total refurbishment of the historic Georgian building, now Discovery Quarter, has taken 18 months to complete. Just one bedroom character ground floor apartment located in the York Wing remains. Call Linden Homes now to make an appointment to view on 0844 488 3937.
