Linden Homes is hosting a Part Exchange event on Saturday 3rd October, to help homebuyers move to a brand new house at Beechfield Grove in Plymouth in time for Christmas.
Part exchange enables homeowners to buy a new home and sell their existing home in one, quick, hassle-free move; there’s no chain and the company will pay the estate agents fees.
Brian Deacon, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes said: “Part exchange really takes the worry out of selling your existing home and we’re often asked how the scheme works so we’re holding an event so visitors can find out more.
“We’ll consider buying your home and will arrange for a valuation and then provide a part exchange offer within seven days. Within 28 days from reservation you could be in a new home at Beechfield Grove – all ready for Christmas.”
Featuring just 12 properties, Beechfield Grove is set in a peaceful residential area, located between Hartley, Mannamead and Peverell. The luxurious four and five bedroom detached homes with double garages are available for sale, and are ready to move into.
Brian added: “Even if homebuyers don’t have property to sell, we have a number of other schemes – like Help to Buy or Assisted Move, designed to help people sell their home or raise that much needed deposit – come and visit us at the event to see how we can help.”
