Linden Homes has opened a new three-bedroom Elmslie show home at its The Quarters @ Redhill location in Telford.
The housebuilder is delivering 148 homes for sale under the Linden Homes brand at the development, with a range of two, three and four-bedroom properties set alongside landscaped public open space.
The Elmslie showhome was opened to visitors on Saturday (23 July) and complements the four-bedroom Juniper showhome already open under Vistry’s Bovis Homes brand at the site.
Freya Halsall, marketing manager at Vistry Mercia, said: “Our beautiful three-bedroom Elmslie show home has been unveiled at The Quarters @ Redhill to welcome first-time buyers and young families to this stunning new development.
“The inside of the show home has been fully furnished by our expert interior designers, allowing buyers to explore and get a real sense of the high standard of quality our homes offer.”
With a traditional two-floor layout, the Elmslie house type features an open-plan kitchen/dining room along with a large living room with French doors leading to a private garden. Upstairs, the master bedroom has an en suite shower room and there are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

There’s currently a range of three and four-bedroom houses available to reserve under the Linden Homes brand at The Quarters @ Redhill, with prices starting from £284,995 and £335,995 respectively.
Vistry is also building 144 properties at The Quarters @ Redhill under the Bovis Homes brand, as well as a further 158 affordable homes available for local people through low-cost rent or shared ownership.
