Linden Offers Buyers The Chance To Make Their ‘Great Escape’ In Hampshire.
23 Aug 2019

Linden Homes is inviting purchasers to its ‘Great Escape Weekend’ (24 – 26 August) where they could secure their dream new Hampshire home. Guests are invited to three of its stunning developments to view the show homes and speak to the sales teams to discuss how the housebuilders buying assistance schemes could help them make the purchase they have been longing to make.

Boorley Park near the pretty village of Botley, is a collection of two, three and four-bedroom houses, where purchasers can consider using the award-winning housebuilders Part Exchange scheme. Already offering residents a wonderful new community with open spaces, a primary school opening in September and local shops, will Boorly Park be your next move?

The Part Exchange scheme starts by finding your perfect Linden home. Typically, your current home should be worth less than 70 per cent of the value of your preferred Linden home, but if in doubt the team can help you find out.

Linden Homes will instruct and pay local estate agents to carry out valuations of your current home, based on securing a buyer within an agreed period. If everything fits, Linden Homes will make you an offer on your home.

If you agree to the offer all that’s left to do is pay a reservation fee on your new home, source solicitors and mortgage advisers to sort the rest. Linden Homes can even help you with this and get the ball rolling.

The appointed estate agents will then market your home and arrange viewings for potential buyers. You remain in your current home until your Linden Home is ready – it’s as easy as that.

At two other Hampshire developments including Limewood Grange in Fair Oak and Beaumont Park, an extension of a flourishing community in Ringwood, purchasers can consider using the government backed Help to Buy Scheme.

Open to all buyers who wish to purchase a Linden home up to the value of £600,000, Help to Buy is a great way to help unlock the funds needed to purchase a home. With a five per cent deposit, to which the government will add a 20 per cent interest free (for five years) equity loan, buyers will then need a 75 per cent mortgage. Linden Homes’ independent mortgage advisers will guide buyers through the process and once in place, all that’s left to pay is the reservation fee of £500.

Limewood Grange will tempt purchasers with a selection of two-bedroom apartments and three- and four-bedroom houses. Green open space, a nature reserve and children’s play area add to the appeal.

While Beaumont Park in Ringwood offers three and four bedroom family houses.

Linden Homes South Sales and Marketing Director, Fiona Creed, said: “The Great Escape Weekend at Boorley Park, Limewood Grange and Beaumont Park offers purchasers the fantastic opportunity to snap up a lovely home and be settled in before Christmas. If you’re thinking about moving, come along over the bank holiday weekend to one, or all three locations to look around the developments, visit our show homes, get a real feel for the surroundings and have a chat with our sales teams about how we can help you make the move.”
