Developer Linden Homes Midlands is continuing to strengthen its regional presence, thanks to a number of key appointments within its sales team.
With more than a decade of experience in the new homes industry, the company has welcomed Karen Stockwell to the role of sales manager.
Former marketing professional Karen joins Linden Midlands from the housebuilder’s Chiltern region, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the new homes field.
After spending around 13 years in marketing and PR, Karen took a career change to work with a new homes developer, covering maternity leave for a colleague – and has never looked back!
She said: “I fell into working within new homes to be honest, but once I became involved with direct selling and dealing with customers, my interest in property which I’d always had, and my love for the job in general, grew.”
Karen, who lives in Hertfordshire and is a twice winner of the title of regional and national Advisor of the Year, moved to Linden Homes Chiltern region on 2012 - working with the current Linden Midlands sales director Clare Phillips.
She added: “I was lucky enough to work on some of the Chiltern region’s flagship sites, and when this sales manager role arose at Midlands, it was too good an opportunity to miss.
“To be part of a really fast-growing region with an excellent customer satisfaction rating, as well as the many new developments coming on stream, is an exciting challenge and a great time to be joining Linden Midlands.”
Karen will oversee a number of existing and coming soon developments in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire – with Linden Homes Midlands also welcoming a number of newly-appointed sales executives to the team.
They are; Coralie Taylor who has joined the sales team at Burton Latimer, Maria McBain who is based at the Whetstone development in Leicestershire, and Beverley Darbyshire and Michaela Hames join forces at the new Brackley development in Northamptonshire.
Karen will be supporting these and other sales executives, and says she recognises the importance of having a presence on site, working closely with the teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
