Linden Homes is preparing to launch the latest phase of its awarding winning and highly acclaimed Harlow-based Newhall development.
The new collection of homes will be known as ‘Edge’ and will include a wide range of new homes – from 2 bedroom apartments to 5 bedroom detached houses.

Many of the homes at Edge, Newhall will qualify for the Government’s Help to Buy scheme* which came into force on April 1st.
This is a Government backed equity scheme that enables buyers to purchase a new home with just 5% deposit and a 20% Government equity loan – a loan that can be repaid at any time within the first 25 years and it is interest free for five years.
Hayley Clark and Henry Jones used the scheme to buy a Linden Homes’ one bedroom apartment and say the scheme proved to be very straight forward:
“We assumed that we wouldn’t be able to afford our own home yet - and everyone knows how difficult it can be to find that first deposit. But the Help to Buy scheme meant that it was possible for us. “My advice to someone in the same position is ‘Go for it’: It’s very simple: There aren’t lots of forms to fill in and it was genuinely hassle free, which is what you want when you are buying a home.”
