Leading Housebuilder Brings £5k Tech Incentive To Borehamwood

For a limited time only, Borehamwood house hunters can opt to fit their new property at Empire Court with £5,000 worth of technology, thanks to a new incentive introduced by a national housebuilder.

Linden Homes is offering an exclusive tech package along with its last remaining Borehamwood new builds, which includes 50” and 40” Smart LED TV’s, Sonos system, Apple TV x 2 and Ipad Air x 2.

The £5,000 deal, in conjunction with existing incentives such as Help to Buy and the added benefit that all remaining homes come fully fitted with curtains/blinds, light fittings and appliances, could collectively save buyers thousands of pounds and a significant amount of time when moving in to their dream home.

The deal has been announced to coincide with the launch of a new show home and one of the last remaining properties at Empire Court. The stunning show home is one of the final two-bedroom apartments, and comes with gated underground parking, secure cycle storage and its own balcony.

Linden Homes Chiltern’s sales and marketing director, Amie Emery, shared her thoughts on the new incentive: “Generally speaking, buyers already encounter significant costs when moving, especially first time buyers who are collecting new home items from scratch, so our technology package is designed to really help reduce some of those extra price tags.

“The additional £5,000 will hopefully remove some of the financial strains that come with moving home, especially when used alongside our other schemes. The deal really is all-inclusive, providing iPads for individual use and Smart TV’s for the enjoyment of the whole family.

“As an alternative to the tech incentive, we’re offering up to £9,500 in stamp duty payments at selected Empire Court homes. With only a few apartments remaining now really is the time to invest while these properties are still on the market.”

Empire Court is conveniently located just 0.8 miles from Borehamwood’s town centre, and also just four miles from the A1, M25 and M1 motorways. Commuters can access London St Pancras in under 30 minutes from nearby Elstree and Borehamwood train station.
