Launch Offer Saves Greenford House Hunters Thousands
11 May 2017

To celebrate the launch of Rosefinch Court in Greenford, award-winning housebuilder Linden Homes is offering purchasers the opportunity to save thousands in a move designed to help them get onto London’s competitive property ladder.

A special launch offer, available during the month of May, includes a £99 reservation fee, Stamp Duty and legal fees paid. Plus, with all apartments available with Help to Buy London, Linden Homes is urging anyone interested in the homes to get in touch sooner rather than later, to take advantage of the deal and secure their preferred plot.

For example, based on a purchase price of £394,950 for a two-bedroom apartment at Rosefinch Court, purchasers could save £7,475 in Stamp Duty and £495+VAT in legal fees.

The London Help to Buy scheme offers a 40 per cent Government equity loan, meaning just a 5% deposit is required with a 55 per cent mortgage. Based on the same purchase price, the two-bedroom apartment will be £157,980 when bought using the Help to Buy scheme with a 40 per cent loan*. With a five per cent deposit, a 30-year mortgage term and an initial two-year fixed interest rate of 1.39 per cent, a purchaser could be paying £738.26 a month in mortgage repayments.

Claire Gibbins, Sales and Marketing Director at Linden Homes South East, said: “As property prices in London continue to increase, it’s more important than ever for us to champion financial incentives like our launch offer and Help to Buy London, to give people an extra boost and helping hand onto the property ladder.

“Rosefinch Court offers a collection of one and two bedroom contemporary apartments, fitted with modern kitchens and bathrooms, bright, open-plan living spaces and a private outside area – each home featuring either a balcony or terrace. The homes are ideal for a wide range of buyers including investors, downsizers and those buying their first home.”

“Come and chat to our Sales team about what’s on offer and how we can help get you moving.”

Located in Greenford, the development is a four-minute walk from Sudbury Hill underground station on the Piccadilly line, where it takes 30 minutes to reach the City. While being close to the heart of the Capital, residents can enjoy a more relaxing lifestyle in the suburb with Ravenor Park, the Grand Union canal and a David Lloyd Club nearby.

Each property at Rosefinch Court also comes with a 10-year NHBC warranty for peace of mind, as well as a two-year customer care warranty.
