There are now just four homes remaining at Thornbury Park, Linden Homes’ private enclave of tranquillity in Isleworth. These last few homes will be ready to move into this summer. These Thornbury Park homes all qualify for the Government’s new scheme to make buying a new home easier. Help to Buy* was announced by the Chancellor in the March budget and came into force on April 1st.
It is a Government backed equity scheme that enables buyers to purchase a new home with just 5% deposit and a 20% Government equity loan – a loan that can be repaid at any time within the first 25 years and its interest free for five years.
