The final homes have been released onto the market at the Archfield location in Warfield ?" and there is now only one property still available to buy.
Vistry Group is building 52 homes under its Linden Homes brand at the development off Newell Green, where construction work is coming to an end.
Featuring a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses and two-bedroom apartments, the site has generated a great deal of interest since it launched in March 2020.
Thirty eight of the 39 homes for private sale have already been reserved, while 13 properties have been allocated as affordable housing for local people through rent or shared ownership.
The last home available at Archfield is the three-bedroom detached Archer house type.
Alix Laflin, marketing manager for Vistry Thames Valley, said: “Archfield has proved to be extremely popular with buyers, which is demonstrated by the high sales rates we have seen at the development.
“The location has been a major factor in the site’s success. There is a good range of amenities within walking distance, including a GP surgery, highly rated schools and a Tesco superstore, while the development offers excellent transport links for commuters. As well as being just a five-minute drive from Bracknell railway station, residents also have easy access to the M4 and A329.
“The varied mix of houses and apartments also means the development has had broad appeal among potential purchasers. Our final property, the three-bedroom detached Archer, would suit a range of buyers, from young families to people downsizing in retirement. There is a spacious open-plan kitchen/dining area and a separate lounge on the ground floor, while the first floor includes a study which is ideal for homeworking.
