Linden Homes has released the final properties for sale at its St Marys location in Biddenham.

The housebuilder is delivering a total of 247 properties across two phases of the development off St James Way, with the last houses being built now available to reserve.

The first phase of 129 homes was completed in 2020, and construction is nearing the final stages in the second phase, which will bring an additional 118 homes to the area.

The remaining homes for sale at St Marys comprise a choice of large family-size four and five-bedroom detached properties.

Hannah Dorner, senior sales manager for Linden Homes East Midlands, said: “These are the final properties available to buy at St Marys, making this the last opportunity for people to secure a new home with us here.

“The larger houses which remain for sale have been popular with families, who are looking for homes which will accommodate their busy lifestyles.

“The five-bedroom Fletcher, for example, has a wealth of space across three floors, featuring an open-plan kitchen/dining room which leads through double doors into the living room, plus a separate study that’s ideal for studying or working from home.

The new properties form part of the wider Kings Field development to the north of the village, which includes a new road linking the A428 to the A6 and a new primary school.

The final homes for sale at St Marys include the four-bedroom Wallington, priced from £500,000 and a choice of five-bedroom houses, including the Fletcher, Attingham and Kingston designs, from £650,000.
