Homes close to Birmingham city centre are hot property it seems, after an exclusive pre-launch of brand-new houses planned for the former Cincinnati site in Erdington have seen 10 two- and three-bedroom homes sold off-plan.
Developer Linden Homes is now marketing for sale a selection of three different two, three- and four-bedroom homes that look set to transform the site of the former engineering firm which had been in existence for more than 70 years.
During the development’s first weekend of opening, six homes were reserved and four early-bird sales were confirmed, with more imminent.
Kate Huntington, Marketing and Connections Manager, said: “Prior to opening we were inundated with calls from eager house hunters wanting to secure themselves a high-specification home.
“The weekend was just as busy and we were thrilled to be able to help prospective home owners find the right property for their own individual needs.”
The homes at Cincinnati are ideal for all purchasers, from first time buyers who need the assistance of the government-backed Help to Buy scheme, to those who want to make the next step up the property ladder in a great location that is convenient for the city centre as well as other nearby amenities.
At the development there are traditionally-designed properties as well as three-storey canal-side houses with balconies and which have been thoughtfully designed with an appealing, spacious and contemporary design. In addition, each of the homes come with designer kitchens and bathrooms and energy-efficient fittings.
Kate adds: “It’s a privilege to be transforming such an iconic site that has been untouched for many years. We are now at a stage where all ground works have been completed and soon the homes will be taking shape with the show home coming soon.”
