House Builder Further Strengthens Its Sales Presence In North And West Yorkshire

Linden Homes West Yorkshire has strengthened its sales team across the region – with new appointments at existing and new developments.

New homes sites in North and West Yorkshire have welcomed the sales executives, some of who already have experience in the industry.

New faces include:

Josie McKerchar – who returns to Linden Homes, following a short break, to work at Kings Glade in Newmillerdam.

Jan Goddard takes up post at the prestigious Sussex Court and Kent Drive developments in Harrogate.

The new coming soon Brompton Fold development at Apperley Bridge, Bradford welcomes Louise Mellor.

Belinda Carney joins the team to work at Marne Grange, Colburn and also at The Dales in Morton-on-Swale.

In addition, Sara Costello has been appointed sales manager – working alongside the recently promoted Pat Tennyson.

Cherrill Whiting, an experienced member of the sales team has taken up the role of connections and marketing manager.

LHWY head of sales Clare Reaney said: “Linden Homes West Yorkshire is a region which is going places. We have recently launched the Cricketers View development in Killinghall and a number of other sites are coming soon.
