Linden Homes is holding an event to help first time buyers on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th September, at its Orchard Grove development in Comeytrowe.
Visitors will be able to pop in, view the plans and speak to an independent financial advisor, where they can find out how much they can afford to spend and discover the range of initiatives available to help them move.
Orchard Grove features an impressive collection of two, three and four bedroom homes. The development will be set within two neighbourhoods and will comprise 2,000 homes, as well as a primary school, business park, local centre, park and bus service, plus 100 acres of open green space that will include play areas, allotments and sports pitches.
