Harry's Help-To-Buy Home!

In this day and age, it’s not often that a 21 year-old can claim to be a go-getting home owner, but 21 year-old Jaguar Land Rover engineer Harry Turner is just that!

Having the foresight to know that he wanted to move on to the property ladder as soon as possible, he wasted no time in using the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme to purchase a property at a Linden Homes development in Erdington called The Pines.

Commenting, Harry said: “I drove past the development, went in to have a look and knew that it would be the ideal location for my very first home.”

Harry decided that a two-bedroom semi-detached property would be great as his first pad, and after securing the funds through the scheme and using his savings towards the five-per-cent deposit, he didn’t look back.

And now that he’s moved in, there’s only one thing that’s missing – his Mum’s home cooked meals!
