The first properties at a Linden Homes location in Cam have been now occupied by their new owners.
Buyers have begun moving into their homes at the development where Linden Homes is building 97 properties off Box Road in the Gloucestershire village.
Hayley Ody, regional sales and marketing director, said: “It’s a great moment when we start handing over the keys to our new residents and we are pleased to have begun that process with our Linden Homes properties at Millfields.
“However, this is just the start. We are looking forward to showing more potential customers around our show homes at the site so they can get a feel for what it would be like to live here themselves.

“In addition, this spot is very convenient. It is near to Cam and Dursley railway station and Junction 13 of the M5, so it’s easy to reach Bristol, Gloucester, Cheltenham, and beyond.”
Work started on construction in spring last year and the first homes went on sale last summer.
The location will eventually be made up of 68 houses for private sale and 29 affordable homes for rent or shared ownership.
The scheme is part of a wider project being delivered by Vistry Group in Cam under its Linden Homes brand.
Vistry Group is to contribute more than £400,000 to local infrastructure and services as part of its planning agreement for the Linden Homes part of the scheme. This will include £278,078 for primary education, £77,862 for pre-schools, and £44,100 towards library services. Vistry Group will also be carrying out improvements to pedestrian areas away from the development as part of the agreement.
A selection of three and four-bedroom Linden Homes properties are currently available for purchase at Millfields, with prices starting from £325,000.
