The final two homes are available to purchase at Linden Homes’ Springfields location in the Lincolnshire village of Deeping St James, where work is now in the final stages.
Construction work on the site off Linchfield Road started in 2019 and is set to be completed in September this year.
Linden Homes has built 145 new properties across two phases at the development.
Weronika Maslak, sales manager for Springfields, said: “Demand has been high for the homes at Springfields since we started work here, before the first properties were released for sale.

The final two new homes for sale are both three-bedroom semi-detached Mountford designs, which have an open-plan kitchen/dining room with French doors to the garden, a separate living room and a utility room downstairs. The main bedroom upstairs has an en suite.
