A new homes development in Blunham is close to selling out as just two homes remain for sale.
A total of 79 homes are being built by Linden Homes at its Hastings Gardens development, where finishing touches are being added to the final homes before construction concludes.
Linden Homes, who launched Hastings Gardens a few years ago, has contributed over £500,000 in community and infrastructure fees since plans were approved, which includes investing £405,492 into local education, £79,000 for highway improvements and £25,000 towards outdoor sports in Blunham.
Now, just two homes remain available at the development, both four-bedroom homes, as the five-bedroom Byrne showhome recently sold with all its furniture and flooring included.
